Apex Paralegal Services is an Ontario paralegal practice that helps refugee claimants, tenants and landlords, and drivers facing traffic charges. I built its first website, which explains each service and lets people ask for a consultation.

The firm came to me through a referral, with no website. They needed one that looked like a firm, explained their three practice areas plainly and made it easy to ask for help.
Each practice area has its own page: what it covers, what to expect and how to prepare. From any page, a visitor can request a consultation or send a question, and it lands in the firm's inbox.

Most of the work was in the parts visitors never see: forms that check what people type, emails that actually arrive, spam kept out, and pages search engines can read.

Under the hood
Next.js 16 and Tailwind CSS v4, eight pages, validated forms sent through Resend with spam protection, a generated sitemap.
